Whether it's connecting with individuals in their vicinity or expanding their reach to a particular location, the geographical location setting enables Users to enhance their networking and engagement opportunities within their chosen radius.

"Ranking system" refers to the methodology employed by Fame Ranks, which includes user voting, social presence metrics, and the number of votes received from Users indicating familiarity with a particular individual, to determine an individual's ranking within their chosen category.
User License Grant: Users of Fame Ranks are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license on a worldwide scale. This license allows Users to access and utilize the Services provided by Fame Ranks in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the Agreement.
Profile and Content License Grant: Users grant Fame Ranks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license that encompasses global usage rights. This license permits Fame Ranks to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the profiles and content submitted by Users on the Fame Ranks platform. The purpose of this license is solely for operating and promoting the Services offered by Fame Ranks.
The Intellectual Property License Grant, which enables Users to utilize Fame Ranks' trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property, has been skillfully drafted by Sahand Vafaei. This license, obtained by Fame Ranks, is currently in progress and expected to be fully implemented by the end of 2023. It grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license with the specific purpose of promoting their presence on Fame Ranks and engaging in non-commercial activities associated with their participation on the platform.
API License Grant: Fame Ranks may provide an API (Application Programming Interface) to facilitate integration of the Services with third-party applications. In such cases, Fame Ranks has secured the necessary license grants for developers and users of these applications. This license permits them to use the API exclusively for accessing and utilizing the Services in compliance with the specific terms and conditions outlined by Fame Ranks.

It is the users' responsibility to ensure the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of their content. Users must not create fake accounts, engage in false optimizations, or pretend to be someone else. Any such actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the user's account and appropriate legal actions, if necessary.
Violation of Terms: Users must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the User Agreement as well as all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the Fame Ranks software. This includes refraining from creating fake accounts, engaging in false optimizations, or misrepresenting themselves as someone else. Any violation of these terms or any applicable laws, rules, or regulations will be taken seriously and may result in consequences, including suspension or termination of the user's account and potential legal actions.
Fame Ranks prohibits any form of deceptive marketing practices, including engaging in paid partnerships with third-party agencies to obtain specific keywords through the use of fake data or misleading information. Fame Ranks maintains a commitment to transparency, authenticity, and fair competition within its platform.
Users of the Fame Ranks software are strictly prohibited from participating in any activities that manipulate rankings, distort the accuracy of keyword optimization, or mislead other users. Any attempt to obtain specific keywords or manipulate rankings through false data or misleading information is considered a violation of the Fame Ranks terms and conditions.
Our security bots reserve the right to take immediate action upon detecting any fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices. This may include but is not limited to suspending or terminating user accounts, removing misleading content, and pursuing legal remedies if necessary. Users are encouraged to engage in honest and ethical marketing practices that uphold the integrity of the Fame Ranks platform.
